A j\u00faliusi l\u00e9p\u00e9s miatt felh\u00e1borod\u00e1s\u00e1t fejezte ki G\u00f6r\u00f6gorsz\u00e1g, az Egyes\u00fclt \u00c1llamok \u00e9s sz\u00e1mos kereszt\u00e9ny egyh\u00e1zi vezet\u0151.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Kariye templomot 1511-ben, hat \u00e9vtizeddel Konstantin\u00e1poly \u2013 a mai Isztambul \u2013 elfoglal\u00e1sa ut\u00e1n alak\u00edttatta mecsett\u00e9 az Oszm\u00e1n Birodalom vezet\u00e9se. M\u00fazeumm\u00e1 1945-ben, m\u00e1r a T\u00f6r\u00f6k K\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1g minisztertan\u00e1cs\u00e1nak d\u00f6nt\u00e9se \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben nyilv\u00e1n\u00edtott\u00e1k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mik\u00e9nt a Hagia Sophia, \u00fagy a Kariye m\u00fazeum muszlim imahelly\u00e9 alak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l is a t\u00f6r\u00f6k legfels\u0151bb k\u00f6zigazgat\u00e1si b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g (Danistay) hat\u00e1rozott. A test\u00fclet az ut\u00f3bbira vonatkoz\u00f3 d\u00f6nt\u00e9st azonban m\u00e1r tavaly novemberben meghozta, semmisnek min\u0151s\u00edtve az 1945-\u00f6s l\u00e9p\u00e9st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Hagia Sophia st\u00e1tusz\u00e1nak megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1s\u00e1t illet\u0151en Ankara azzal \u00e9rvelt, hogy a mecsett\u00e9 alak\u00edt\u00e1s \u201ea t\u00f6r\u00f6k nemzet akarat\u00e1nak felelt meg\u201d.
