A fejleszt\u00e9si miniszt\u00e9rium hangs\u00falyozza: a hat\u00e1rnak nem akad\u00e1lynak, hanem k\u00e9nyelmes \u00e9s kisz\u00e1m\u00edthat\u00f3 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1snak kell lennie az \u00e1llampolg\u00e1rok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra. A gyalogos \u00e1tkel\u0151 megnyit\u00e1sa r\u00e9sze az ukr\u00e1n\u2013szlov\u00e1k hat\u00e1r korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t c\u00e9lz\u00f3 \u00e1tfog\u00f3 munk\u00e1nak.
