K\u00fcl\u00f6n konditerem lesz az er\u0151emel\u0151k, illetve az atl\u00e9t\u00e1k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, valamint be\u00fczemel\u00fcnk egy nyitott edz\u0151teremet is. Nagyon megtetszett az \u00f6tlet, mivel huzamosabb ideig sportoltam, s hobbi szinten jelenleg is \u0171z\u00f6m. Az alapelk\u00e9pzel\u00e9s kicsiben indult, \u00e1 az id\u0151 el\u0151re haladt\u00e1val egyre nagyobbra n\u0151tte ki mag\u00e1t. \u00c9n hatalmas potenci\u00e1lt l\u00e1tok ebben, hiszen egyed\u00fcl\u00e1ll\u00f3 dologr\u00f3l van sz\u00f3. Ez egy m\u00e9rvad\u00f3 projekt, mely \u00e1ltal nemcsak a minket, hanem a k\u00f6rnyez\u0151 telep\u00fcl\u00e9seket is jobban megismerhetik majd az idel\u00e1togat\u00f3k. Mindenkit szeretettel v\u00e1runk, aki v\u00e1ltoztatni k\u00edv\u00e1n az \u00e9letm\u00f3dj\u00e1n, vagy ha rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3ra van sz\u00fcks\u00e9ge. A rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e1ltali gy\u00f3gyul\u00e1s sok esetben c\u00e9lravezet\u0151, mert nem t\u00fcneti kezel\u00e9sr\u0151l besz\u00e9l\u00fcnk, hanem hossz\u00fa t\u00e1von ny\u00fajt maradand\u00f3 seg\u00edts\u00e9get. Az egyik ilyen volt az Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gr\u0151l okosan c\u00edmmel, amelyben azt vizsg\u00e1lt\u00e1k, hogyan hat a mozg\u00e1s a fizikai \u00e9s ment\u00e1lis \u00e1llapotunkra, mennyire eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges, illetve a rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3s gyakorlatok hat\u00e1s\u00e1nak ismertet\u00e9s\u00e9re is sor ker\u00fclt. Ezenk\u00edv\u00fcl k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e9kkieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151ket is bemutattak a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, amelyeket ki is pr\u00f3b\u00e1lhattak, illetve szakk\u00e9pzett sportol\u00f3k edz\u00e9smint\u00e1kat \u00e9s ir\u00e1nyzatokat mutattak be a test\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sen bel\u00fcl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">(<strong>D.
