A testület a döntését szavazással hozza meg, amit az illetékes állami végrehajtó szolgálat vezetője hagy jóvá.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy az ukrán vámhatóság idén augusztusban törvénysértésen érte az egyik importőrt, aki masszírozó készülékeknek álcázva próbált becsempészni az országba mintegy félezer női orgazmuskeltő vibrátort. A kijevi Szolomjanszki Bíróság az állam javára lefoglalta a Сharming Smile Satisfyer, Petting Hippo Satisfyer, Yummy Sunshine Satisfyer márkájú szexuális kéjeszközöket, amelyeknek a vámértéke 635 462 hrivnya.
