Європейський союз виключить Сполучені Штати Америки, Косово, Ізраїль, Чорногорію, Ліван і Північну Македонію зі списку країн, громадяни яких можуть подорожувати територією блоку без додаткових обмежень
Про це йдеться в повідомленні Reuters.
Зазначається, що остаточне рішення буде оприлюднено в понеділок.
Додамо, що Україна має можливість пересуватися країнами ЄС без жодних обмежень з 14 липня. Втім, деякі члени блоку прийняли рішення залишити вимоги щодо вакцинації, чи негативних тестів на коронавірус.
Критерії для визначення третіх країн були оновлені 20 травня й стосуються епідеміологічної ситуації та відповіді уряду держави на поширення коронавірусу.
Відповідно до формули ЄС, аби потрапити до списку безпечних поїздок, країні необхідно мати менше ніж 100 випадків коронавірусу на 100 тисяч населення протягом двох тижнів.

В Офіційному журналі Європейського Союзу опубліковано рішення Єврокомісії про визнання українських COVID-сертифікатів в додатку “Дія”.
Це означає, що рішення з сьогоднішнього дня воно набуло чинності, повідомляє УНН.
Так, відтепер COVID-сертифікати, видані в Україні, будуть прийматися в ЄС на тих же умовах, що і цифрові сертифікати Євросоюзу.
Україна у відповідь погоджується визнавати цифрові сертифікати ЄС. Окрім того, наша країна з сьогоднішнього дня буде підключена до єдиної системи ЄС (trust framework for the EU Digital COVID Certificate).
Додамо, що раніше Україна проінформувала Єврокомісію, що буде видавати сертифікати вакцинації від COVID-19 вакцинами Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), Comirnaty (Pfizer/BioNTech), Spikevax (Moderna), вакциною від COVID-19 Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), інактивованою вакциною CoronaVac (Sinovac), Covishield (AstraZeneca) и NVX-CoV2373 (Novavax).
Згідно з рішенням, окрім сертифікації про вакцинацію, Єврокомісія також має намір визнавати українські сертифікати про тести на COVID-19 і про одужання від коронавірусу відповідно до Регламенту ЄК.

Про це повідомляє РБК-Україна з посиланням на „Громадське радіо”.
У той же час на території України будуть визнаватися європейські сертифікати.
„Я анонсую: Україна одна з перших у списку третіх країн, тобто не членів Європейського Союзу, отримає доступ, і український паспорт буде визнаний і повністю буде використовуватися, як і Європейський сертифікат на території ЄС. І так само європейські сертифікати будуть визнаватися у нас. Це буде зроблено ось-ось”, – сказав він.

Європейський союз у рамках свого плану боротьби з раком встановлює нові максимальні рівні вмісту кадмію і свинцю в харчових продуктах.
„Сьогоднішнє рішення спрямоване на те, щоб поставити споживачів на належне місце, зробивши нашу їжу більш безпечною і здоровою відповідно до зобов’язань з Європейського плану боротьби з раком”, – заявила в середу комісар ЄС з питань охорони здоров’я та безпеки харчових продуктів Стелла Кіріакідес.
„Це також ще один крок у зміцненні і високих, і світових стандартів ЄС у харчовому ланцюгу і забезпеченні споживачів і наших громадян більш безпечними, здоровими і екологічно чистими продуктами харчування”, – додала вона.
Заходи з максимального рівню свинцю будуть застосовуватися з 30 серпня, кадмію – з 31 серпня.

У середу Російський фонд прямих інвестицій (РФПІ), який відповідає за поставку російських вакцин, зазначив, що європейський процес схвалення препарату «Спутник V» є позитивним та професійним, але водночас назвав заяви Європейської комісії про вакцину політизованими.
«Процес схвалення вакцини «Спутник V» у Європейському агентстві з лікарських засобів (EMA) є позитивним та професійним. Усі дані про клінічні випробування були передані в рамках інспекції GCP (good clinical practice), за результатами якої європейський регулятор залишив позитивний відгук», – ідеться в заяві, опублікованій на офіційному Telegram-каналі, створеному РФПІ для «Спутника V».
Водночас автори резолюції назвали прикрими «політизовані» заяви представників Європейської комісії про відсутність інформації та сумніви щодо безпечності «Спутника V». РФПІ також звернув увагу на те, що в середу голова Європейської комісії Урсула фон дер Ляєн повідомила німецькому інформаційному агентству RND, що ЕМА досі не має достатніх даних для дозволу на використання «Спутника V» у ЄС.
З цього приводу РФПІ зазначив: «Раніше деякі представники ЄС уже заявляли про відсутність потреби у вакцині «Спутник V» в Євросоюзі, а також поширювали недостовірну інформацію про російську вакцину». У фонді також додали, що РФПІ та Центр ім. Гамалея, який розробив препарат, неодноразово спростовували ці відомості. Крім того, вказали, що безпеку та ефективність «Спутника V» підтвердили регулятори 69 країн, у яких він зареєстрований. Масова вакцинація в Росії, Аргентині, Угорщині, ОАЕ та інших державах показала, що російська вакцина не викликає таких серйозних побічних ефектів, як тромбоз судин головного мозку або міокардит.
В інтерв’ю CNBC TV 18 липня Кирил Дмитрієв, генеральний директор РФПІ, сказав, що схвалення «Спутника V» у ЄС очікується восени.
За його словами, з EMA було досягнуто значного прогресу, ведеться позитивний діалог з їхньою професійною командою.
Як зазначив керівник РФПІ, розробники поки що не отримали суттєвої критики «Спутника V» від експертів EMA. Кирил Дмитрієв назвав повідомлення про відсутність інформації щодо виробництва вакцини та клінічних випробувань «абсолютно неправильним».
29 січня Росія подала до ЕМА заяву про реєстрацію «Спутника V» у Європейському Союзі. Аналіз вакцини (rolling review), під час якого агентство визначить, чи відповідає вона стандартам ЄС щодо ефективності, безпеки та якості, розпочався 4 березня.
У вівторок у профілі «Спутника V» у Twitter РФПІ оголосив, що Європейська комісія визнала дійсними сертифікати вакцинації, видані в Сан-Марино, де широко використовується російський препарат.

До кінця 2022 року запрацює Європейська система інформації та авторизації поїздок (ETIAS), згідно з якою громадяни третіх країн зможуть потрапити до Євросоюзу лише з візою або попереднім дозволом на в’їзд в електронному вигляді.
Прессекретар Брюссельської колегії каже, що важливим кроком у цьому напрямі стало набуття чинності у вівторок правил, які дозволяють обмінюватися даними між ETIAS та іншими інформаційними системами. Після запровадження ETIAS громадяни без віз, котрі не є членами ЄС і подорожують до Шенгенської зони, повинні будуть зареєструватися й отримати перед поїздкою дозвіл.
Система порівнює дані про мандрівників з тими, що зберігаються в інформаційній системі внутрішньої безпеки, кордону та міграції Європейського Союзу, допомагаючи ідентифікувати й перевіряти людей, які загрожують безпеці чи здоров’ю населення, та зобов’язуючи тих, хто подорожує, дотримуватися правил міграції.
«Правила вже набули чинності й детально описують, як ETIAS працюватиме з іншими інформаційними системами ЄС, які буде запитувати під час проведення перевірок, а саме при в’їзді/виїзді, з візовою інформаційної системою, Шенгенською інформаційною системою і централізованою системою ідентифікації держав-членів», – ідеться в повідомленні комісії.
Заявки оброблятимуть безкоштовно для осіб віком до 18 і старших 70 років, усім іншим це коштуватиме сім євро, а виданий дозвіл буде дійсним протягом трьох років або до закінчення терміну дії проїзного документа. Реєстрація мандрівників не стане новою візовою вимогою для громадян безвізового режиму: особи, які не є громадянами ЄС і подорожують без віз, просто повинні будуть заповнити онлайн-заяву на в’їзд, що, як очікується, приведе до автоматичного затвердження більш ніж у 95% випадків.

Про це заявив заступник міністра цифрової трансформації Олексій Вискуб, передає УНН.
„Щойно цифрові COVID-сертифікати в „Дія” пройшли успішне технічне оцінювання з боку ЄС!… Залишився останній крок – політична частина взаємовизнання, а саме погодження від Єврокомісії та підписання відповідних угод”, – заявив Вискуб.

За оновленою інформацією на інтерактивній мапі МЗС про правила в’їзду, громадянам України для в’їзду до Великого Герцогства Люксембург (ВГЛ) незалежно від мети поїздки потрібно мати: чинний біометричний паспорт, термін дії якого більший 6 місяців від запланованої дати повернення; документальне підтвердження мети поїздки (картку резидента країни Євросоюзу або посвідку на проживання, резервування готелю, запрошення бізнес-партнера тощо); підтвердження вашої фінансової спроможності; поліс медичного страхування, який визнається на території країн Євросоюзу.
З медичних документів, для осіб віком від 12 років вимагається мати довідку про повний курс щеплення від коронавірусу вакциною, затвердженою у ЄС, негативний тест або перенесену хворобу.
Втім, як випливає з роз’яснень на урядовому сайті Люксембургу – і як прогнозувала „ЄвроПравда”, вакциновані українці не можуть скористатись своїм сертифікатом про щеплення: він має бути виданий „органом країни-члена ЄС або країни-члена Шенгенської зони”. Аналогічне зазначено для довідки про одужання після хвороби.
Негативний тест має бути зроблений не раніше 72 годин до моменту вильоту літака і вимагається для пасажирів будь-яких рейсів до Люксембургу, в тому числі з країн Шенгену та ЄС. Приймаються тести методами ПЛР, TMA або LAMP.

Завдяки активній програмі вакцинації проти COVID-19 Євросоюз сьогодні виконав оголошену мету з охоплення 70% дорослого населення європейських кран принаймні одним щепленням вже до кінця липня цього року.
Про це сказала президент Єврокомісії Урсула фон дер Ляєн, повідомляється на сайті Єврокомісії.
«Євросоюз дотримує своє слово та виконує (зобов’язання). Нашою метою було захистити 70% дорослих в Європейському Союзі принаймні однією вакциною у липні. Сьогодні ми досягли цієї мети. До того, 57% дорослих вже отримали повний захист із подвійною вакцинацією. Такі показники виводять Європу в число світових лідерів», – зазначила президент Єврокомісії.
Вона також застерегла, що варіант коронавірусу «дельта» залишається дуже небезпечним, і закликала всіх, у кого є можливість вакцинуватися, скористатися нею, щоб захистити власне здоров’я та здоров’я оточуючих.
«Євросоюз продовжуватиме надавати потрібну кількість вакцин», – додала дер Ляєн.
