„Fontos, hogy ne terheljük túl egy iskolás hátizsákját, és tároljuk az iskolában azokat a dolgokat, amelyeket az adminisztráció engedélyez” – jelentette az ukrán járőrszolgálat.

A megye védelmi tanácsának határozata értelmében Kárpátalja 13 tehergépjárművet adott át a háborús övezetben szolgáló katonák számára.
A teherautók Oroszországgal kapcsolatban álló vállalatok tulajdonát képezték, ezért a hadiállapot alatt hatályban lévő jogszabályoknak megfelelően az agresszor vagyonát és járműveit államosították, és átadták azokat a fegyveres erőknek.
Az ilyen autók mobilabbá teszik az egységeket, és lehetővé teszik a fegyveres erők számára, hogy a lehető leghatékonyabban hajtsák végre a logisztikai műveleteket.

Ukrajnának nincs hivatalos információja a Donyeck megyei Olenyivka területén elkövetett orosz terrortámadás következtében elhunyt és megsebesült ukrán hadifoglyok számáról.
A hírt Dmitro Lubinec emberi jogi biztos közölte augusztus 22-én.
„Jelenleg nincs megerősített listánk a halottakról és sebesültekről” – mondta.
Lubinec emlékeztetett arra, hogy Ukrajna hivatalos kérelmekkel fordult Oroszországhoz azzal a kéréssel, hogy adják át az Olenyivkában elhunytak és sebesültek névsorát, de nem kaptak hivatalos választ.
Szerinte az orosz tömegtájékoztatás által közzétett listák nem felelnek meg a valóságnak. Ezt a hadifoglyok hozzátartozóival folytatott kommunikáció és az ukrán ombudsman hivatalának elemzése is megerősíti.

Egy friss, 2022 augusztusában végzett közvélemény-kutatás adatai szerint a válaszadók több mint 90 %-a hisz Ukrajna győzelmében az Oroszország ellen vívott háborúban (77 % teljesen, és 15 % inkább hisz benne), a válaszadóknak mindössze 4 %-a nem, vagy inkább nem hisz ebben – közölte hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál a Demokratikus Kezdeményezések Alapítvány és a Razumkov Központ felmérésére hivatkozva.
A vizsgálat eredményei szerint a győzelemben hívők harmada (31 %) úgy véli, hogy ez még az idei év végéig megtörténik, 34 %-a gondolja úgy, hogy 1-2 év múlva. További 7 % szerint ez 3-5 évig tart, ráadásul 23 % nem tudott válaszolni erre a kérdésre, és alig néhány százalék mondta azt, hogy a győzelem nagyon hosszú távon érhető el.
A válaszadók többsége (55%) szerint győzelemnek tekinthető az orosz csapatok kiűzése Ukrajna egész területéről, vagy a határok 2014 januári állapotoknak megfelelő visszaállítása. További 20,5 % még radikálisabb, számukra a győzelem a háborúban az orosz hadsereg megsemmisítését és egy Oroszországon belüli felkelés/felbomlás elősegítését jelenti.
A válaszadók viszonylag kis része győzelemnek fogja tekinteni a háború befejezését Ukrajna bizonyos engedményeivel. Körülbelül 9 % tekinti győzelemnek az orosz csapatok kiutasítását Ukrajna egész területéről, kivéve a megszállt Krím félszigetet, 7,5 % a 2022. február 23-i status quo helyreállítását, 3 % pedig a háború befejezését, még olyan áron is, hogy az orosz hadsereg a teljes körű invázió után elfoglalt területeken marad.
A felmérést a Demokratikus Kezdeményezések Alapítvány és a Razumkov Központ végezte 2022. augusztus 5. és 12. között 2024 válaszadó megkérdezésével. A személyes felmérést csak az ukrán kormány által ellenőrzött területeken végezték, ahol nem folynak hadműveletek. Az elméleti mintavételi hibahatár nem haladja meg a 2,3 %-ot.
