Július 7-én petíciót nyújtottak be az ukrán Miniszteri Kabinet honlapján, amely azt indítványozza, hogy minden reggel 9 órakor egyperces néma csenddel tisztelegjenek a háború áldozatai előtt, majd játsszák le az ukrán himnuszt. Annak ellenére, hogy az ország számos városában már bevezették a kötelező néma csendet a munkanap kezdete előtt, a petíció szerzője, Pavel Szivascsenko azt javasolja, hogy játsszák le az ukrán himnuszt egy hangszórón keresztül, hogy kivétel nélkül mindenki tiszteleghessen nemcsak az elesett katonák, hanem az orosz agresszió áldozatai előtt is, mivel sok civil, köztük gyermekek is meghaltak a totális háború során.

Petíciót indítottak a Miniszteri Kabinet honlapján arról, hogy az Ukrzaliznicja indítson a járatokon külön férfi és női vagonokat.
A május 23-i adatok szerint a petíciót eddig több mint 22600-an írták alá. A szerző, Oljha Ozsohina külön kocsikat kér a férfiak és nők számára a hat óránál hosszabb útvonalon közlekedő vonatokon. Kérelmét azzal indokolja, hogy a hosszú távú járatokon sokan kellemetlenül érzik magukat az ellenkező nemű utasok miatt. Az ukrán miniszteri kabinet honlapján május 15-én tették közzé a petíciót, miszerint külön női és férfi kocsik bevezetését javasolják az Ukrzaliznicja járatain. Az információk szerint május 19-e 12:20-ig több mint 9500-en írta alá – számolt be az Ukrajinszka pravda.
A petíció szerzője, Olha Ozsogina arra szólít fel, hogy külön kocsikat jelöljenek ki a férfiak és nők számára a hat óránál hosszabb ideig közlekedő vonatokon.
„Hosszú útvonalakon, amikor fülkés vagy fekvőhelyes kocsiban kell aludni, az utasok kényelmetlen helyzetbe kerülhetnek az ellenkező nemű utasok miatt” – áll a petíció szövegében.
A szerző megjegyezte, elfogadhatatlan, tolakodó viselkedés fordul elő a közös kocsikban– többnyire férfiak részéről, többek között a szándékos érintések. Sőt, nemi erőszak esetei is előfordultak a fülkés kocsikban.
Ozsogina hozzátette, hogy többek között kellemetlenségek adódhatnak a közös kocsikban való átöltözés során – mind a nők, mind a férfiak esetében.
Korábban a közösségi hálókon is felvetődött párbeszéd arról, hogy külön kocsikra van szükség nők és férfiak számára.

Az azonos nemű és ellenkező nemű párok bejegyzett élettársi kapcsolatát támogató petíció megkapta a szükséges 25 000 aláírást – jelentette a korrespondent.net az Elnöki Hivatal honlapjára hivatkozva. A petíciót most meg kell vizsgálnia Volodimir Zelenszkij államfőnek.
A bejegyzett élettársi kapcsolat intézményéről szóló 9103. számú törvényjavaslatot támogató petícióban hangsúlyozzák, hogy azok a párok, akik nem akarnak, vagy nem tudnak házasságot kötni, nem szerezhetnek ugyanolyan jogokat, mint a házasok. Ez vonatkozik mások mellett az azonos nemű párokra, köztük LMBT katonapárokra is.
A március 28-án benyújtott petíciónak Petro Zsiruha a kezdeményezője.
„A tervezet törvényként történő elfogadása megoldja a partnerek jogi státuszának, jogaiknak és kötelezettségeiknek, vagyonuk jogi szabályozásának problémáit, az örökléssel, a szociális védelemmel, az egyikük halálával vagy eltűnésével stb. kapcsolatos jogok kérdéseit” – áll a petícióban.
A szerző szerint Ukrajnának legalizálnia kell az azonos nemű és ellenkező nemű párok polgári élettársi kapcsolatát. „Megvédeni azokat, akik őt védik” – hangsúlyozza a dokumentum.
A korrespondent.net emlékeztet, hogy a 9103. számú törvényjavaslatot március 14-én iktatták a Legfelső Tanácsban. A dokumentum indítványozza a bejegyzett élettársi kapcsolat bevezetését két azonos vagy különböző nemű felnőtt önkéntes családi szövetségeként.

Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök az 22/140008-ep számú elektronikus petícióra reagálva arra utasította Denisz Smihal miniszterelnököt, hogy dolgozzon ki egy átfogó tervet az állampolgárság megszerzéséhez szükséges vizsga bevezetésével kapcsolatban.
„Az ukrán állampolgárság megszerzéséhez szükséges kötelező vizsga bevezetésének kérdése törvényi szabályozást igényel. Ezért arra kértem Denisz Smihal miniszterelnököt, hogy az elektronikus petícióban felvetett kérdést átfogóan dolgozzák ki” – jelentette az elnök.
A petíció szerzője kiemeli, hogy az eljárás világszerte elterjedt, Észtországban, Litvániában, Lettországban, Lengyelországban, Németországban és az Egyesült Államokban is csak vizsgaletétel után kaphatják meg az állampolgárságot. A kötelező vizsga magába foglalná a nyelv- és történelem vizsgát, az alkotmány ismeretével kapcsolatos kérdéseket, valamint külön figyelmet fordítanának a himnusz megtanulására.

Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök szombaton válaszolt a hadköteles korú férfiak Ukrajnából való kiutazási tilalmának megszüntetését szorgalmazó petícióra, az államfő utasította a kormányt a beadványban felvetett kérdések tanulmányozására – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál az elnök honlapjára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a jelzett petíció még május végén megszerezte a szükséges számú szavazatot. A beadványban a kezdeményezője azt javasolja, hogy a mozgósítás során adjanak prioritást az önkénteseknek, és nyissák meg a határokat a többiek előtt, korrupció provokálása helyett.
Válaszában az elnök azt közölte, hogy az ország hadiállapot idején történő elhagyásának menetét a kormány határozza meg. Ezért, mint jelezte, utasította Denisz Smihal miniszterelnököt, hogy vizsgálja meg a petícióban felvetett kérdéseket. „Arra kértem a kormányt, hogy a beadványban felvetett javaslatokat átfogóan vizsgálja meg, különös tekintettel az állampolgárok alkotmányos jogainak tiszteletben tartására, az esetleges korrupciós bűncselekmények feltárására és megelőzésére, elsősorban a határátkelőhelyek és területi toborzóközpontok munkatársai körében. A petíció szerzőjét tájékoztatni fogják a felvetett kérdések vizsgálatának eredményéről” – közölte Volodimir Zelenszkij.
A hírportál emlékeztetett rá, hogy Ukrajnában a hadiállapot feltételei között a 18 és 60 év közötti férfiak törvényesen nem hagyhatják el az országot. Kiutazás a többi között csak katonai szolgálatra való alkalmatlanság, három kiskorú gyermek, örökbefogadott gyermek megléte, fogyatékkal élők gondozása esetén lehetséges.
Korábban Zelenszkij úgy reagált erre a beadványra, hogy „nem teljesen érti, pontosan kinek szól ez a petíció”.

A szakértők meg vannak győződve arról, hogy a kormánynak és a lakosságnak minél előbb el kellene kezdenie összpontosítani a fájó ökológiai kérdésekre, köztük a Kárpátok kiirtására is.
Az ukrán államfő honlapján regisztrált petíció által javasolt intézkedések végre megállíthatnák az erdőirtást a Kárpátokban. A petíciót eddig több mint hatezren írták alá (több mint 25 ezer szükséges – a szerk.), s még 74 napunk van arra, hogy támogassuk a kezdeményezést.
A dokumentum javaslatai között szerepel az illegális fakitermelésért járó felelősségre vonás szigorítása, a nemzeti parkok határainak kiterjesztése és a nemzeti gárda bevonása azok védelmébe.
A petíció szerzője nem más, mint Andrij Kobrin, aki az egyik támogatója is volt a „Zadihajusz” (Megfulladok) című szociális projektnek. A videofelvételen egy nő személyén keresztül mutatják be hegyvidékünket, s az ott zajló természetromboló jelenségeket. A felvételt november 15-én tették közzé, azóta már több mint 25 ezren tekintették meg, s folyamatosan aktívan osztogatják a közösségi oldalakon.
A szociális reklámot a következő szöveggel töltötték fel a videomegosztó csatornára: „Az idei természeti csapások a Kárpátokban mindannyiunkat arra kényszerítettek, hogy lélegzetfojtva és elszörnyedve nézzük végig azt, miként temet maga alá a víz teljes falvakat, s miként lesznek áldozatául többen is a katasztrófának. A közösségi oldalakat szinte felrobbantották az ezzel kapcsolatos hírek. Mind megdöbbenve néztük, s arra gondoltunk, milyen jó, hogy mi nem vagyunk ott. Mondhatjuk azt, hogy ez egy természeti jelenség, amely ellen nem tehetünk semmit… Azonban az olyan természeti jelenség mint az emberi nemtörődömség, elpusztít minket. Még nem késő levonni a következtetéseket… A „Megfulladok” szociális projekt arra akarja felhívni a figyelmet, hogy az emberek, akik tönkreteszik a természetet, észre sem veszik azt, hogy ezáltal tönkreteszik önmagukat is. A víz- és levegőszennyezés, az erdőirtás egy ökológiai katasztrófába sodorja a világot… Továbbá a nemtörődömség és büntetlenség is… Mindenkinek hálásak leszünk, aki megosztja vagy like-olja a videót, hiszen ezáltal minél több emberhez eljuthat! Barátaink! Ne feledjétek el aláírni a petíciót annak érdekében, hogy napirendre kerüljön! Több mint 25 ezer szavazatot kell összegyűjtenünk! Emberek, ne hagyjátok ezt figyelmen kívül! Ez nagyon fontos Ukrajnának, hiszen a Kárpátok országunk tüdeje!”.
„Amikor készítettük a felvételt, 1500 kilométert tettem meg a hegyvidéken. Lefilmeztem a favágókat, lehetőségem nyílt megkérdezni a falusi embereket, hogy milyen a jelenlegi statisztika: vágnak vagy nem vágnak. Mint kiderült, most még többet irtanak, hiszen naponta 50–70 fát szállító tehergépkocsi halad el, ellenőrizetlenül, a járműveken nincs semmilyen jelzés, miszerint a szállítmány egy ezzel foglalkozó állami cégbe tartana” – közölte Kobrin.
Az aktivista hozzátette, hogy az országban az ökológiai problémák mértékét elhallgatják, ezt többször kijelentette a Természetvédelmi Világalap (WWF) is. Az is jelentős problémát okoz, hogy sokan ezáltal akarnak maguknak hírnevet szerezni, majd pedig megfeledkeznek az ígéreteikről.
„Ezek mind egynapos akciók. Az emberek népszerűsíteni akarják magukat, elültetnek néhány fát, majd pedig öt évre megfeledkeznek róla. Ez az országunk legnagyobb problémája, hogy az emberek elfelejtenek dolgokat” – hangsúlyozta.
Valentin Scserbina, a Környezetvédők Szakértői Egyesületének vezetője elmondta, hogy kollégáival rendszeresen próbálják tájékoztatni az embereket az effajta manipulációkról, melyek a legtöbbször nem másak, mint választások előtti ígéretek. Aggodalmát fejezte ki továbbá az iránt is, hogy mivel évente elveszítjük a Kárpátok fáinak körülbelül 1%-át, az árvizek egyre nagyobb kárt okoznak majd.
