A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij közölte: „Megbeszélést tartottam. Elsősorban a hadseregünkkel kötött szerződésekkel kapcsolatban utasítottam a szerződéses összetevő növelését.” Azt is megjegyezte, hogy jelentéseket kapott az Ukrán Külső Hírszerző Szolgálattól és Ukrajna Biztonsági Szolgálatától (SZBU) az agresszor ország fegyvergyártásáról, iparáról és üzemanyag-komplexumáról.
„Új feladatokat vázoltunk fel. Most jött el az idő, amit a világ lát: Oroszország olyan állapotba lépett, ahol a háború egyre több problémát fog okozni magának az orosz rendszernek, az orosz gazdaságnak és az orosz társadalomnak” – tette hozzá az államfő.
Zelenszkij hangsúlyozta, hogy a kritikus kérdés az agresszor országra nehezedő folyamatos nyomásgyakorlás a háború befejezése érdekében. Kiemelte, hogy az Oroszországgal folytatott kereskedelem és az Oroszország által használt pénzszerzési módszerek korlátozására irányuló szankciók működni fognak.

A jelentés szerint az elnök jelezte, hogy a tanácskozáson részletesen áttekintették a front helyzetét minden irányban. Valerij Zaluzsnij, az ukrán fegyveres erők főparancsnoka és a parancsnokok beszámoltak a Harkiv, Luhanszk, Donyeck, Zaporizzsja megyékben és délen kialakult hadihelyzetről. Voltak titkosszolgálati jelentések is. „Jelentés a befejezett különleges műveletekről és a jövőbeli műveletekről” – mutatott rá Volodimir Zelenszkij.
A haditanács ülésének résztvevői felvetették a fegyverek, lőszerek és a front számára szükséges valamennyi szállításnak a kérdését. A tanácskozáson a Stratégiai Iparágak Minisztériumának nagyszabású jelentése is elhangzott a hazai haditermelés dinamikájáról és bővítésének kilátásairól.

Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök szerdán ismét összehívta a katonai kabinet ülését, amelyen fontos döntések születtek az orosz agresszió elleni küzdelemmel kapcsolatban – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az államfő Telegram-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij azt írta: „Katonai kabinet. Ma nincsenek részletek. De lesznek eredmények. Az ellenség érezni fogja őket.”
Az elmúlt hónapokban az ukrán hadsereg sikereket ért el a déli fronton. Támadó hadműveleteket folytatott Melitopol, Bergyanszk és Bahmut irányában. Az ukrán katonák délen áttörték az orosz védelem első vonalát. Augusztusban az ukrán csapatok felszabadították Robotine falut Zaporizzsja megyében, szeptemberben pedig a Donyeck melletti Opitne település egy részét.
Ezzel egy időben az ukrán fegyveres erők a Donyeck megyei Kliscsijivka közelében nyomultak előre. Zelenszkij ezzel kapcsolatban megjegyezte, hogy amennyiben az ukrán erők egy kicsit jobban megnyomja az oroszokat délen, a megszállók maguktól is elmenekülnek onnan.
Megvitatták az ukrán csapatok offenzívájának folytatását, valamint az oroszok ellenintézkedéseire való felkészülést – jegyezte meg az államfő.
Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök megtartotta a katonai kabinet ülését, ahol megvitatták az ukrán fegyveres erők ellentámadásának folytatását, jelentette be az államfő kedden a Telegramon.
„Szűk körben a legaktuálisabb kérdésekről. Ma csak a frontról beszéltünk: offenzívánk folytatásáról, irányvonalakról, előrejelzésekről, támogatásról, fegyverekről és lőszerekről, a saját gyártásról, hírszerzési információkról”, – írta Zelenszkij.
Elmondása szerint megvitatták az oroszok ellenintézkedéseire való felkészülést is. Többek között erődítmények építéséről, a csapatok megerősítéséről az érintett területeken, a dátumokról és az irányokról a hírszerzési adatok alapján

A jelentés szerint a haditanács ülésén a következő kérdések voltak napirenden: védekező és támadó hadműveletek; fegyverellátás; partnerekkel kötött szerződések; a termelés növekedési üteme az ukrán védelmi iparban.
„Sürgős utasítást adtam Zaluzsnij vezérkari főnöknek (Valerij Zaluzsnij, az ukrán fegyveres erők főparancsnoka – a szerk.), hogy azonnal menessze posztjáról az odesszai úgynevezett hadkiegészítő-parancsnokot, a helyi toborzóközpont vezetőjét, akiről egész országunk beszél” – írta Volodimir Zelenszkij.
Az államfő emellett elrendelte egy bizottság létrehozását Olekszandr Pavljuk tábornok, Ukrajna védelmi miniszterének első helyettese vezetésével, a rendvédelmi szervekkel és a Nemzeti Korrupcióellenes Irodával (NABU) közösen, hogy ellenőrizzék az ország összes hadkiegészítő-parancsnokát.

Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök, legfelsőbb főparancsnok pénteken haditanácsot tartott, amelynek résztvevői elsősorban az óvóhelyek állapotával foglalkoztak – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az államfő Telegram-közlésére hivatkozva.
Mint Zelenszkij írta: „Haditanács. A tanácskozás résztvevőinek kemény reakciója az emberek halálára a zárt bombaóvóhely közelében.” Ezzel kapcsolatban az elnök utasította Olekszandr Kamisint, a stratégiai iparágak miniszterét, hogy végezzen teljes körű ellenőrzést Kijev összes védelmi létesítményében, és tíz napon belül nyújtson be jelentést. Ihor Klimenko belügyminisztert ugyanerre utasította, de Ukrajna egészét illetően.
A haditanácson részletesen áttekintették a légvédelem állapotát is, különös tekintettel a szárazföldi, tengeri és légi fenyegetések elrettentésére vonatkozó igényekre. Megvitatták a fejlesztés módjait, figyelembe véve a rendelkezésre álló erőforrásokat, a partnerektől származó bevételeket és a saját termelést.
A résztvevők kitértek a fronton kialakult helyzetre is. Ezenkívül a találkozón a résztvevők átfogó titkosszolgálati jelentést is meghallgattak azokról az országokról, amelyek nemcsak a szankciók megkerülésében, hanem a rakéták és drónok gyártásának növelésében is segítenek az oroszoknak a háborús körülmények között. Ezzel kapcsolatban megfelelő döntések készülnek.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy csütörtök hajnalban az oroszok ismét lőtték Kijevet. A légvédelem az összes ellenséges rakétát lelőtte, de hárman meghaltak a lehulló törmelékektől, amikor szerettek volna bejutni az óvóhelyre, de nem tudtak, mert az zárva volt. Ezt követően Kijevben döntés született a menedékhelyek éjjel-nappali hozzáféréséről.
Zelenszkij elnök kijelentette, hogy az óvóhelyeknek a nap 24 órájában nyitva kell lenniük. A helyi hatóságok kötelessége biztosítani ezek nyitva tartását és elérhetőségét. Azt is megígérte, hogy megbüntetik mindazokat, akik felelősek három ember haláláért Kijevben a zárt óvóhely miatt. Zelenszkij – Vitalij Klicsko volt bokszoló kijevi polgármesterre célozva – hozzátette, hogy a helyzet miatt „kiütés következhet”.

A közlemény szerint a tanácskozáson „döntések születtek az ukrán csapatok védelmi erők aktív előrenyomulásáról Ukrajna ideiglenesen megszállt területeinek további felszabadítása érdekében.” A hadvezetők ugyancsak elemezték a csapatok fegyverrel és lőszerrel való ellátásának helyzetét is.
Az elnök kiemelte a nagy pontosságú fegyverek és minden szükséges hadműveleti eszköz biztosításának fontosságát az aktívan előretörő csapatok számára. „A megbeszélésen a résztvevők külön foglalkoztak az ellenség új típusú fegyverei bevetésének kérdésével, és felvázolták az ilyen eszközök elleni védekezés terveit” – áll a közleményben.
Az Elnöki Hivatal azt is közölte, hogy a tanácskozáson jelen volt Olekszij Danilov, a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára, Olekszej Reznyikov védelmi miniszter és helyettese, Rosztiszlav Zamlinszkij, Valerij Zaluzsnyij, az ukrán fegyveres erők főparancsnoka, Szerhij Saptala, az ukrán fegyveres erők vezérkari főnöke, Jurij Lebegy, a Nemzeti Gárda parancsnoka, Denisz Monasztirszkij belügyminiszter, Olekszandr Kubrakov infrastrukturális miniszter, valamint Roman Masovec, az Elnöki Hivatal helyettes vezetője, Kirill Budanov, a Védelmi Minisztérium főosztályának vezetője.
A haditanácshoz videókapcsolatban csatlakozott Olekszandr Szirszkij, az Ukrán Fegyveres Erők szárazföldi erőinek parancsnoka, Szerhij Litvinov, a Nyugati Hadműveleti Parancsnokság parancsnoka és a Déli Hadműveleti Parancsnokság parancsnoka.

Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök pénteken újból összehívta a haditanácsot, a megbeszélésen a megszállt területek felszabadítása és az ukrán fegyveres erők számára szükséges fegyverek jegyzékének összeállítása volt a napirenden – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az Elnöki Hivatal sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A közlemény szerint a haditanács résztvevői megvitatták a fegyveres erők további lépéseit a fronton a megszállt ukrán területek felszabadítása érdekében, és meghozták a szükséges döntéseket. Külön témaként szerepelt a napirenden a hadsereg anyagi-műszaki ellátásának kérdése és a fegyveres erők számára szükséges fegyverek listájának összeállítása.
