Az autókat az ukrán Védelmi Minisztérium katonai egységei, a Vinnicjai Megyei Klinikai Kórház és a kupjanszki területi orvosi egyesület kapják meg.



A törvény szerint az elkobzott járműveket ingyenesen át lehet adni Ukrajna kormányának a háborús veszélyhelyzet következményeinek felszámolása és az ukrán társadalom támogatása érdekében.
